Example: Flight 101 from NY to LA is delayed; your new departing time is 12:30 ET, at terminal 1 Gate C.

Gate Changes:

No more running to a gate only to find out later that the gate has been changed or you are in the wrong terminal. Flyontime will automatically notify your passengers of any last minute changes.

Example: The new gate number for your flight is C located in terminal 1.

Flight Rebooking:

If any flight is delayed or cancelled Flyontime will notify the passenger and allow them to select alternate flight options. By immediately automating customer interaction, airlines can work with the customer to find another flight, insuring their satisfaction and preventing the customer from going with a competitor.

Example: Flight 101 from NY to LA has been cancelled, to review alternate flights press 1 or say alternate flights, or press # at anytime to speak to a ticket agent.

Seat Confirmations:

The passenger can be told his seat assignment and given the opportunity to accept or change the desired seat.

Example: Your seat assignment is an aisle seat row 34, if you are happy with this seat press 1 or say Yes. If you want to pick another seat say Reject, or press # at anytime to speak to a customer service representative.
