If the phone is busy we keep trying till
we get a live person. If we detect voicemail we leave a
message and, try back only once to get a live person.
Flights
are tracked in real time guaranteeing accuracy and,
updated information. The information is as accurate as calling the
airlines directly.
The
following changes will result in a phone call: Cancellations or
delays.
Travelers
get a "status phone call" four hours prior to flight time. The status phone call will give the flight
status at that time regardless if there's a delay or not. If the flight is on time we will tell
the traveler "your
flight is on time".
If
others need to be informed of arrivals or departures,
additional email boxes can be notified regarding all flights.
Wake
up calls will be sent at the time chosen. They can snooze a wakeup call, and
our system will call back either in five or ten minutes.
Clients
are able to cancel tracking of the flight at any time before,
or upon receiving their phone call.
We
stop notifying travelers 25 minutes prior to flight time. At that
time we expect them to be at the airport with access to any information
regarding their flight.
We
do not notify for any connecting flights. We assume they are at the airport with access to any information
regarding connecting flights.
