Flyontime is a company dedicated to providing services to the
traveler. We are not owned by the airlines nor do we sell airline
tickets we are a telephony and development technology company utilizing
our expertise in bringing added value to you. |
Has your
system been tested?
Flyontime has been live for two years. It has been thoroughly
tested with thousands of travelers and is completely reliable. Our
touch tone service is new, to allow for input without going online. |
If
there's a delay can a traveler arrive late for a flight?
No. Flyontime simply lets you know there is a change in scheduling
in your flight. If you know there's a delay and want to arrive late
at the airport please call your airline and ask them. Please direct
all inquiries to your airline. In some cases even if there is a delay,
you must be checked in on time, however you can now reschedule accordingly.

How accurate
is your information?
Our information comes from a combination of FAA data, and Airline
information, our updates are constant and as accurate as calling the
airlines directly. |
Can I
cancel my notification?
You can cancel tracking upon receiving your notification
by following the prompts. |
Must I
get a wake up call?
No. This is an option you can choose to include. |
How is
your service unique?
We are the only company offering to notify you via voice and email;
to include all airlines, regardless where you purchased your
ticket. We are also the only company to provide flight predictions
based on many different built in algorithms. |
How long
will it take my client to input his info via touch-tone?
A first time caller can hear a recorded message about the service
and, what we offer. Once a customer uses this system once, inputting
this info should take around 30 seconds. |
| Will my
clients know about Flyontime? |
| No. The
phone call will say "thank you for using ABC travels
notification system. When you get your monthly stickers each access
code on the stickers we send you, will be identifiable as one of
your clients and will hear the name of your company when they get
their phone call. |
Can I
get more stickers if I need ?
You must order at least 20 stickers per month. You can choose to
charge for this service or provide it for free. At any time you can
send us an email requesting additional stickers and you will get
additional stickers and access codes. You can also request more than
20 per month when you sign up for our service. |
